Evolving Support Services have exciting opportunities for compassionate Support Workers to join the team!

About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable support worker/s to assist our clients based in the Brisbane CBD Inner Suburbs/Moreton Bay/Sunshine Coast region.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:

4pm-10pm (Sleepover 10pm-6am) 6am-8am

Sunday:

8am-4pm

Duties will include but not limited to:

Community Access
Domestic Duties
Complete reporting and documentation based on Evolving Support Services policies and procedures
