After working as a support worker and seeing how participants were not being heard, Letia opened Evolving. Letia is passionate about our participants and loves to help them reach their goals and live their lives the way they want.

Mark Lepri

Client Coordinator

Mark is a highly experienced support worker who cares about the participants and specialises in ensuring that their needs are being met. Mark works with the participants and structures their support around what they want and need.

Monique Lepri

Operations Manager

Monique is our operations manager. From rosters to staff management, Monique is our go to person. A hard working and diligent person, Monique works tirelessly to ensure we provide the best support to our participants.

Tonii Betts

Administration Officer

Tonii is the backbone of Evolving, from payroll and onboarding staff to managing paperwork, Tonii continues to help us grow as a support provider.
